How to lodge a complaint
  • Website : Write a customer complaint after applying for membership
  • Phone : Report a case through the Customer Care Center (02-2656-0009)
  • Text message : 1544-4009, Short Message Service[within 90 bytes and 45 characters(Korean)]
  • On-site report : Visit the Safety Management Office at each station of Metro9 and fill in the form of complaint report

  • The Metro9 operates a call center to help your convenient use of the subway.
  • If you make a call to 02-2656-0009, a specialized representative will help you in a swift, hospitable manner
Operation hours
  • Weekdays : 07:00~24:00
  • Weekends & holidays : 07:00~23:00

In the middle of the night, only simple cases such as questions about timetables, transfers, and air-conditioning or heating can be handled.
