How to lodge a complaint

  • Website: Write a customer complaint after applying for membership
  • Phone: Report a case through the Customer Care Center (02-2656-0009)
  • Text message : 1544-4009, Short Message Service[within 90 bytes and 45 characters(Korean)]
  • On-site report: Visit the Safety Management Office at each station of Metro9 and fill in the form of complaint report

  • Weekdays : 07:00~24:00
  • Weekends & holidays : 07:00~23:00
    * In the middle of the night, only simple cases such as questions about timetables, transfers, and air-conditioning or heating can be handled.
    * If you have any inquiries, complaints, improvements or suggestions, please use the operation hours of the call center.
