- Website: Write a customer complaint after applying for membership
- Phone: Report a case through the Customer Care Center (02-2656-0009)
- Text message : 1544-4009, Short Message Service[within 90 bytes and 45 characters(Korean)]
- On-site report: Visit the Safety Management Office at each station of Metro9 and fill in the form of complaint report
